September Favorites 2015

Hey guys,

September was good. Honestly I don't know what to write. I really wanted make a video but it didn't work out maybe next month. Here's my September favorites.

Favorite song: Insane by Flume Ft. Moon Holiday

This song is everything. It was in my other favorite this month The Sisterhood of Night movie soundtrack. I am so good at being alone and listening this gave new meaning to loneliness. Pleasurable loneliness. You know what I mean? If not let's move on to the next..

Favorite tv series: Mr.Robot

USA Network

This series is about this hacker who wants to take down "Evil Corp" the biggest conglomerate corporation by erasing all the debts of the world. While he struggles with anxiety, delusion and depression, try to recognize what's real and what's delusion.

Favorite game: Until Dawn

Mr.Robot lead Rami Malek plays Josh in this game. Horror genre game, very interesting. If you liked Heavy Rain or The Last of Us, this game is your next choice.

Favorite movie: The Sisterhood of Night

Honestly I didn't expect to like this movie. I've been watching so many horror movies this month. Some reason I thought this was a horror movie but it wasn't. It was so unexpected favorite of mine, gave me many thoughts. I suggest you to watch this movie and soundtrack is amazing too.

Husband Club : Rami Malek

Isn't it obvious now? I was obsessed with him the whole September. He's American actor born to Egyptian parents and has 1/8 Greek descent. He was in Twilight: Breaking Dawn and Night At the Museum. And he has twin brother which means there's 2 of them. Welcome to the husband club Rami!

Favorite book: Strange Case of Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson

I've never heard about this story up until 2013 when there was an advertisement of this musical at Pantages theatre in LA. Ever since then this book was in my to-read list. 2 weeks ago I was wandering through book store in Ulaanbaatar and noticed it translated into Mongolian and so I got it. It's about this doctor who has split personality disorder and one good and other evil characters.

I think that's about it. I don't have any particular food or makeup product that I like. Just same old, same old. Hopefully next month will be exciting.

You know it's freaking HALLOWEEN is coming!!!

UB Food Festival 2015

Hey Nerds,

Last week, I went to UB Food Festival second time. i'm thinking maybe I should go every year so that I can discover delicious foods and new restaurants. Last year, I discovered my new fav restaurant BlueFin. Their Bluefin sushi tower is my all time fav. This year was no exception, Ulaanbaatar's best restaurants and their talented chefs were standing in their tents delivering their bests. This year I really liked Asiana and Essencia restaurants. Oh new GoimonBaatar was amazing too. I tried Goimonbaatar before so I knew their foods were delicious.

Ok i'm the worst blogger/vlogger ever. ಠ_ಠ

Bindi Goes To Playtime - Playtime 2015

Hey all,

Like many other music festivals we have Playtime here in Mongolia. This year it happened at the same time with Glastonbury. Every year it gets better and better, I enjoy it eveytime I go there. This year was no exception I had a great time.

It held at Mongol Shiltgeen, Gachuurt for 2 days. /17km from UB city which is around 25 min drive/

Day 1

So the first day's headliner was Niciton but honestly I wanted to see only Rec On. I love their song Lovely Woman. We went to Gachuurt pretty late around 9pm I think. I had my "crew" - lil sis and 3 other my girlfriends. Wanted to thank Nyamka, Uugii and Nomio for made this happen.
We made it to Rec On and it was freaking amazing! After Rec On I remember watching Niciton and I don't know we just danced and fooled around. Got home at 4 am in the morning. Everyone was pretty fucked up. don't judge us :P Was epic day.

Day 2

Second day's headliner was indie band from New York, Pains Of Being Pure At Heart.

Book Review: Asylum by Madeleine Roux

Asylum by Madeleine Roux
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

It was pretty easy read. What do expect from horror and YA anyway. Good for late insomnic nights. Sure make you fall asleep. I've read couple of horror genres before but this one wasn't so scary. The book illustrations are so creepy, lemme tell you that.

Hungry: Egg Salad Sandwich

Hey nerds,

Someone got little hungry. Here's the egg salad sandwich.
No idea why put that Alcatraz magnet over there.

Instead of using pickle I used dill relish. And garlic mayo.

Big spoon and little spoon. Which one is your fav? ;) LOL get it?

Garnish with some parsley.

Recipe (1 serving) :

2 hard boiled eggs

1 tbsp garlic mayo

1 tbsp dill relish

pinchy pinchy salt

black pepper (optional)

Inspire Me

Hey lovely people of internet, (my Nerds as I call them)

let's admit we're all nerds in oneway or another. I consider myself huge nerd.
